A full service advertising agency and media buying service, Kissman Consulting is also part of Kissco Publishing, LLC.  In that role, Kissman Consulting publishes Healthy & Fit Magazine, monthly.  Introduced to mid-Michigan in 2005, Healthy & Fit Magazine focuses on wellness, fitness, nutrition, prevention and integrative medicine, placing the emphasis on local people, places, events and businesses.  The magazine reaches more than 100,000 readers each month, and sponsors The Healthy & Fit Magazine Expo at the Lansing Center in September, annually.

While promoting good health to mid-Michigan through the magazine, Kissman Consulting rewards the Healthy & Fit lifestyle adopted by their own staff.  Employees have access to local 5k race entry forms, health products and memberships to local fitness centers.
